The dual diaphragm capsule consist of 2-SS316 diaphragms welded on the circumference, and then Teflon coated. The capsule is filled with silicone oil. This unit will prevent process liquid in the tank from escaping, thus preventing serious damage to the plant and the environment.

Application

The Systematic Controls level Transmitters are used to measure and transmit the level of liquids and slurries. Because the transducer does not come in contact with the measured product, the usual problems with sticky, tacky, corrosive materials are avoided. The transmitter is supplied with standard CPVC 3" ANSI 150 # flange or 2" NPT threaded connection * (other type of process connections also available). The unit is simple to install and to calibrate, and does not require the emptying and filling of the tank for calibration. In fact calibration can be completed prior to the installation on the tank.
